What can I say ummm.. Well it started as a once a week thing. Just a little guilty pleasure on the side. What could it hurt you know? Doing the usual. Just watching my team and playoff games with the occasional prime time game.

Then it was just all day Sunday. I mean what is one day a week? Then when a good Thursday night game is on I will catch that too. Of course Monday was a must by now.

Before you know are asking for streams for a terrible Thursday night game and on the street turning tricks to buy draft magazines 2 days after the super bowl to add to your already sizable collection. Also you gotta watch the college games. How else are you going to properly scout the players? And you say.. it is no big deal. I can stop anytime!

For some reason the Pats and Dolphins were allowed to wear normal football uniforms on Thursday.

The Thursday Night Football games were divided up into two sections - the first half of the year, they were played on CBS and NFLN simultaneously and they used regular uniforms (I think Pats vs. Dolphins was the last simulcast game). For the second half, they're only on NFLN, and they are wearing these awful things. Chances are, NFL came to CBS with the idea and CBS said "WTF is that s***, no chance that's going on our network." So, Goodell had to wait to unveil his footy pajama party until after CBS' games were over.
