It's easy, and only takes a few moments.well, to go past that even a little bit, back when belichick was head coach of the jets for a day he hired kessler to file antitrust against the league, which pash represented, in order to chew his own leg off to escape the jets.
Where did you find this, eom. This is a freakin' SMOKING GUN.....besides it's hypocrisy of the highest order, and an indication of just how hot the "Border War" was back I the day.JEFF PASH: [re: camera gate] "I think with any disciplinary action, you have to focus on what exactly the facts are. Here you had, as best we can conclude, a single incident as opposed to, in New England, years of activity. You had an incident that, as best we could identify, was carried out by a single employee without direction from the coaching staff or anyone else at the club. That’s obviously different from what we saw in New England where the head coach was actively supervising the activity."

Here you have a Jets executive calling BB a lying serial cheat, and 8 years later he's leading the prosecution of the same team as an executive of the League office. Yeah, Right. The Pats were sure to get fair treatment from the league.

Candidates to replace Tagliabue, several owners said, will include Roger Goodell, the league's chief operating officer; league counsel Jeff Pash; Eric Grubman, the league's executive vice president of finance and business transactions; Atlanta Falcons President Rich McKay; and Baltimore Ravens President **** Cass. One owner said that Goodell would be the front-runner at this point but that it was far too early in the process to make any reliable predictions.Candidates to replace Tagliabue, several owners said, will include Roger Goodell, the league's chief operating officer; league counsel Jeff Pash; Eric Grubman, the league's executive vice president of finance and business transactions; Atlanta Falcons President Rich McKay; and Baltimore Ravens President **** Cass. Mr. Boland has followed Mr. Pash's career in the league. "I've listened to him speak and paid attention for a 17-, 18-year period. He has been the most aggressive legal lead the NFL has ever had," Mr. Boland said. "Where [former NFL Commissioner] Paul Tagliabue preferred to settle things, Pash has largely preferred to litigate."
Except when it concerns his beloved Jets, then its parking ticket time as opposed to real punishment every time. The nastiest and stupidest quotes around Spygate come from Pash, so the idea of a Pash vendetta makes a lot of sense.
Goodell's misbehavior in Spygate was not necessarily anti-Patriot, because it's the same as he shows in every kind of scandal -- take a poll of his constituency to determine the punishment, with no regard for fairness, logic, or equality of treatment.
