Thank you Jets fan. We have 4 running backs and don't give them the ball enough to get one running back loose. Plus, I know I can guess it's a running play about half the time as soon as Brady gets the snap. I don't know why, but it seems the defense can too.
Maybe trying to get Maroney and Taylor untracked in a couple games might help Brady get the rust off and get his rhythm with receiver # 2, 3 or 4 down so He and Moss can quit getting pounded and start hooking up on some open big plays.
Running the ball can be fun. the Patriots make it look like going to the Dentist - something you have to do sometime.
I am no expert, but I think the issue may be a Patriot staple. I think its great that you guys can get that last little bit of excellence out of your aged vets. However, the idea may be getting a little old. Its hard to get a RB in a good rythym when there are 3 guys on the bench that do the same thing. Your RB's have no chance to get something going. I believe a 2 back tandem works, but a 4 back tandem is throwing too many hats in the ring.
