I expected the Texans to give us a better test than this. Schuab has played so-so and Johnson's been a non factor. They will likely dissect the defensive tape, get over the bright lights shock next time and play us better if we see them again.

The good news is, if Gronk comes back and Bolden gets going, we'll be a different offense as well next time, so there won't be much for them to really lean on from this tape.

Except that he was nowhere to be found while the Pats are racking up the first 21 points

As good as he is, he really is a game changer. I just can't see how people have him in the mvp race. A defensive end really can't have as much of an impact as a great quarterback.

What a ridiculous comment.

Watt has been flat out dominant today. Any problems we have had on O were because of Watt.

HUGE KUDOS to the defense tonight. Shut down their run fairly well, at times got some good pressure including a couple of batted passes by the DL, took their best WR largely out of the game and the secondary has competed well on many passes.
Tonight's game was a bit of a throw back to how the mid 2000s D played -- give up some yards in the middle of the field but getting into the endzone was usually very tough on us.

After this game will Brady get anymore MVP consideration or will Manning still be the front runner? We shall have to wait I guess....

I don't want to play the texans again in the playoffs. We have been troubled on offense a bit.

Oh yeah?

Now picture it with Gronk out there.

Sick of hearing about this dude in the media all week, only to come into our house and get thumped.

Personally, I'm particularly grateful for Watt's assist, there. SO nice of him not to tackle Woodhead, where perhaps there could have been a goal-line stand, and instead helpfully pitch it right in the endzone for Lloyd. Patriots game ball to Watt!

Say what you will but this loss isn't on Watt. We have Watt on our line we have the best D in the league.

Just wait till Gronk gets back.

Yep.... That seam route that Brady tried getting to Hernandez had "Gronk" written all over it.

I said it before and I will said it again. The Texans were looking forward to this stage to show what they are and it appear to be frauds. At least when it comes to being an elite team in the NFL.

49ers must be watching this thinking "Wha tha hell?"

I don't see how its possible not to.. he's roasting arguably the best D in the league.

Wow! Did not expect this score! Proof that playing man defense vs Brady is suicide. And props to the defense for a great performance hitherto.

That last Houston drive was odd...All runs down by four touchdowns.

Brady and the offense will not let up of course !

Let's not run up the score, I don't want to see this team again. Just salt this one away and get ready for San Francisco.

"Stats are for losers," but you just know BB would love for Ridley to outrush Foster.

Josh heard everyone on this thread. He's running the ball now!

Ridley destroyed that defender w/ a stiff arm

Ridley with a stiff arm stiffer than what Viagra can give you

The run is picking up steam.

Is the Manning on the Texans the same guy from Carolina who talked smack before the Super Bowl and got embarrassed by Brady?
