It's laughable how many players the Patriots have lost this year on defense. Will they even be able to field a team in 2 weeks?

Wilfork - Torn Achilles
Mayo - Torn Pectoral
Kelly - Busted Knee
Gregory - Looked like broken wrist

Nobody loses 4 starters and makes it out ok. The offense has to EXPLODE off the bye or things could get uglier than they are.

This defense has lost too many players. No Talib, no Ninkovich, and no Gregory is probably too much to overcome. And I am not counting the IRed guys.

The offense has to win this one today.

This is why I don't understand why people are more than okay to let guys like Talib sit another week even if they don't need it.

Just too many damn injuries. What's that now? Talib, Wilfork, Mayo, Kelley, Ninkovich, and Gregory. All starters, all injured. I'm not surprised the defense is letting up points right now.

We had a top-five defensive unit before all the damn injuries. I'm beyond upset right now.

The O really hasn't done much this half to inspire confidence. Maybe they'll turn things around before this gets out of control even more.

Earlier I said the defense was keeping us in the game and the offense was taking us out of it.

For the life of me, I don't understand how nobody with the exception of Talib turns their heads when the ball is thrown their way. It has been like this for years with them.

I still don't get why people hate Blount as a returner. He isn't spectacular, but is fairly solid.

True the pats have tons of injuries on defense, but the backups are still pros and should not be giving up touchdowns like the offense is at practice.
