Its amazing how gronk is openning up the field, just amazing.

I'm not sure what Tomlin is arguing about there at the end of the half. The officials definitely got the PI call against Gronk right.

Brady with 252 yards at the half. Season highs:
316 (ATL)
288 (BUF)
269 (N0)
228 (NYJ 2)

Pats family, I submit to you that once this team gets healthy they're going to be a force to deal with. We have a D that, even with the injuries, has played mentally tough and smart football. They make plays when they matter. If the O can start putting up points consistently (as they've done in the last two halves of football), then we'll be right there with a chance at the end to win it all.

Game's not over. Need to come out strong 2nd half.

- Outside of that one very long run, the run D has played well
- Pass D has had lapses but overall not bad
- OL protection has been good
- Pitt's D or the OL hasn't done much for the run game
- It's the TB and Gronk show in the passing game, working well
- Up 14 and on pace for 40+, with the D on pace to allow 20. Nice

Overall, especially with the concern with the run D, no complaints. There is room for improvement but no complaints overall.

Let me just say that Gronk is a man among boys on the football field. The guy is not even in full game shape and he's destroying defenses. I love that guy.

Good half. The need a strong 3rd quarter like last week.

Giving up a 3rd and 30 is horrendous. That's inexcusable.

Yeah, I know, look at the scoreboard but yikes, that was awful.

An off topic question while we wait for the 2nd half....

I just dumped Comcast (AKA Com**ap) and am getting Direct TV. I am getting NFL Sunday Ticket for a year for free and have no idea what features it has as I have never looked into it.

I assume it allows to watch any and every NFL game playing on Sundays? Is that all it is or is there more features?

These 3 games have essentially been Gronk's preseason. Not bad for a guy that's been out for so long after all those surgeries.

Best TE in the game by a grand canyon margin.

New England Patriots ?@Patriots 2m
Tom Brady has 252 yards in the 1st half - the most he's had in a 1st half since 10/18/09 vs. Tennessee (345).

Wow. Some pretty good performances in that span too.

OT: Chris Johnson had his first 100yd game of the season today. Wow. What happened to that guy?

You have a channel where you can see all the games being played on the screen at once, but unless you have a really big screen it is a waste.

Receiving corps looking better. Dobson coming along nicely. If DA and the rest can stay healthy we can put up the points.

The very best defenses will have a couple of mistakes. No way can you judge on one second quarter play.
This team has lost its starting interior run stopping personnel. They have had to patch it together for the run D. Geez, very little effective running for the steelers outside of that one mistake. Perspective......

Is it too soon?
