Was that rule changed this past year? If so, I'm in favor of that rule change provided that it only gets applied in absolute no-brainer cases. If it's even remotely borderline, that should never get called. I think he was pretty obviously downing himself in this case though.

- Kick return sucks. Has Washington taken one yet? If not, does anyone know why?

I think he attempted to return a punt. But he got smashed quickly near the 10 I think before he could do anything.
