Harmon looks steady in the back-end so far for a rookie. Game doesn't seem too big for him.

The "stars" of the D haven't really shown up yet this game. Spikes is getting stuffed, Vince is falling too much (I'm aware he's against Mangold), Talib is getting beat, etc.


What I'm getting at is: yes it is early in the game, but I'm not liking the defensive showing at the moment.

Ridley's a good player. Your animus toward him is bizarre. Bad play call in that situation.

I know I'm in the minority when it comes to Ridley. I see a system RB with no big play potential, can't catch a damn thing, and fumbles. He's average. Definitely not someone you extend.

whether you like it or not, blitzing is very rarely in our gameplan. I wish we did it more often, but BB has gotten more conservative over the last few years for some reason - be it scheme, players, I dunno.

That's why i said accountability has to be held when it comes to the D. We clearly have the personnel to blitz.

I know that Josh has to pull out the stops on deception & innovation here but getting too cute one play and too obvious on another. That said the vaunted left OL needed to get some push there on 3rd down; not Ridley's fault.
