He needs to turn around to find the ball, not run face first into the guy. That is as easy a PI call as you can have.

That sack by Chris Jones was actually really close to being a penalty because of the "Tom Brady rule." A defender on the ground can't roll into a QB's legs. It was clear he had no idea where he was, so they didn't call it.

Chandler Jones has been seeing a lot of snaps as a 3-4 OLB today which is rare for him, he has been dominate in that role.

I wouldn't say dominant. He's had some nice plays and is setting the edge pretty well, but he has not been dominant.
