The difference isn't just Jonas Gray...it's lead blocking from 2 back (or a U in Gronk). Those plays weren't being run earlier for anyone
Should have kept running the ball. They went back to pass, pass, pass, pass AGAIN! McDaniels mix it up man. It's OK to balance the offense. It really is.
I didn't think it was horrible last half. It was horrible run blocking. Pass blocking, they were decent for the most part. Some break downs, but Brady had time on a lot of plays.
I think the frustration with most are the stark massive differences in consistency seen in the singleback TE motion set (run or pass from same formation) mixed in versus the 4-7 straight shotgun three wide with TE also split out.
