Game Day Thread The Official Patriots vs Bills game thread

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Moronic reception there saves the Pats D

Re: Re: The Official Patriots vs Bills game thread

Why is it 28-27 in Chicago? That really sounds like a case when they should have gone for 2.

Too much time left. If bears score td, two possession game if you miss conversion

Great stop. I'll take wet-football luck; the ball and field are wet for everybody today.

Dodged a bullet there--wide open!

That was a solid throw, but Graham did his very best to drop it.

Need a TD here....FG just won't cut it...

Yes! I'll take it. Now to march down the field and ice this game (if it wasn't already).

No, but I didn't miss the part where you were wrong about the run on that 2nd down after the earlier PR, either.

How was I wrong? When did every run that doesn't go for a first down become a failure? It ran another 40 seconds off the clock mid way through the fourth quarter of a game that we're winning by two scores.

I'm going to have to be blunt here and say that you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. I know that this is where you'll shift into the world's greatest pedant and claim that I'm self-evidently wrong somehow, and I'd rather have a headbutting contest with a brick wall than do that whole song and dance, so I'm just going to drop it here. Everyone who knows anything about football knows the right course of action here.

Thank goodness for Bills receivers acting stupid.

Outside of that drop, it's rather concerning how open T.J.Graham has worked himself during this game.

TD would be nice but would settle for FG and clock killing

Our secondary coaches should be hanged in the village square for all to see.

Too much time left. If bears score td, two possession game if you miss conversion

In that scenario you just have to go for it after your next TD anyway. So you didn't really reduce risk by not going for it now.

I am personally going to start a LaGarrett Blount fan club after this one. Sheesh.

Fletcher got back just in time to keep that receveivr from catching the rebound.

Just get this game over with. Ugh need a bye bad.

Run... Run

Blount running like a man possessed!

And now they're going to run for the win Because believe it or not, running the ball to control the clock is a good thing and wins you hard-fought games.

Our secondary coaches should be hanged in the village square for all to see.

I burst out laughing at this. It's concerning to be sure, but that was funny as hell.
