This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

Strictly speaking, blocked punts don't count as TOs; once the ball leaves the punter's foot, the receiving team has an absolute right to the ball (it's actually, strictly speaking, a penalty for a member of the punting team to touch a punted ball before any member of the receiving team has).
