I like being aggressive, but I hate dialing up a play where, no matter how open Edelman is, that's a relatively low-percentage throw for Brady. He doesn't loft those balls exceptionally well. Even if it's a 60% proposition, just get the first down. Clock is your friend.

The only thing I can come up with is that Belichick is treating this as a joint practice session.

Frustrating drive. These are the ones the Pats need to step on the throat, instead they play conservative and STILL give up a TD.

I don't mind going for the first downs on those fourth down plays. I just hate the play calling. Those two plays have kept Buffalo in he game.

Hopefully this game has been instructive to Belichick and McDaniels on the value of field position and using the clock as an ally. Because they've been awful at the end of both halves. Belichick's gotta get back to his roots there.

Agreed. 6'3 WRs with speed don't grow on trees, but his case of the dropsies just drive me nuts
