Please post your comments regarding Day 3 of the NFL Draft, which starts at 12 noon today. The Patriots have pick #163 today and there are still some good prospect on the board.

Here is a draft tracker with their top 10 available players:

I'm not going to get my hopes up over any particular player because I simply have no idea who might fall to us.

However I'd be happy if either Alameda Ta'amu, George Iloka or Josh Chapman falls to us and we draft one of them

Can one of Greg Childs, Joe Adams, Marvin Jones, or Robert Turbin last to #163? Probably not...

My binkie is Chris Rainey as a special teamer/ return specialist/ 3rd down back. I think in round 5 he would be good value, though may be there further down if they trade

Hoping for a playmaker...Adams or Rainey...expecting an OL I've never heard of.

You beat me to Rainey.

My binkie is Ron Brooks - CB - LSU. As we saw last year, can never have enough depth there.

Names still out there I haven't noticed drafted. Correct me if I'm wrong. At any rate I think one of these guys would improve this team.

Jared Crick De/Dt
Jarius Wright Wr
Markelle Martin S
Cam Johnson De
Josh Chapman Nt
Robert Turbin Rb
Alfonzo Dennard Cb
Bobby Massie
Billy Winn De
Lamar Miller Rb
Ronnell Lewis LB
Isaiah Pead Wr
George Iloka S
Joe Adams Wr/kr
David Molk C
Alameda Ta'amu Dt
Tommy Streeter Wr
Chris Owus Wr
Mike Brewster C
Juron Criner Wr

The Patriots apparently like him a lot as well, from what I've read recently.

I don't care who the pats draft, as long as BB and Co. think it's the best player they can get.

It would be nice if all the grown men and women who visit this board would stop crying and whining about day 2 and the Illinois CB/S the Pats picked.

I haven't wanted a player to succeed so much since the Pats drafted the Widowmaker.

After watching hours of coverage on TV, my big question is: Does Verizon /Droid really think that an ad featuring two incoherently sniveling and blubbering women appeals to the NFLN viewing audience? Or that repeated showings increases that appeal? Man. Please NFLN .. .SELL ANOTHER AD. I'd almost — ALMOST — rather watch the Tyree catch promo they used to run non-stop.

Chapman, Crick, Minnifield, or Boykin and i will be happy.

I like the Jones, Hightower, and Bequette picks.

The Tavon pick is questionable, but remember the McCourty pick!

I don't know where the weak draft stuff comes from. There are still a lot of guys available that I really like. Hopefully we can trade a few expendable guys (Cunningham, Brace, Wendell/McDonald, Hoyer?) for some extra picks. I think there are quite a few guys that could easily upgrade the roster and potentially have an impact.

The Tavon and Devin scenario ends about 6 rounds apart. I don't give a crap really, I'm just glad they got LB's and DE's for a change. My cup is very full. Maybe Wilson will contribute right away? Maybe he was the 1 dollar bet from Trading Places?

Wouldn't mind "reaching" on Dale Moss either. Only 1 year of playing football, 6'4 215, crazy measurables, super raw though.

Any chance they try to get into the 4th rd.

Yesterdays evidence would so no, but it would make today more interesting

Rainey's a fumbler. I'd be stunned if he were even on their board.

CB/WR/KR Brandon Boykin (Georgia), WR/KR Joe Adams (Arkansas), NT Alameda Ta'amu (Washington) or OC David Molk (Michigan) please!

HAHAHAHAHA great minds think alike, whoever in marketing put that ad in those spots should be fired.

Verizons should get the guys who do the godaddy ads to do their ESPN and NFLN ads.....;)
