I think Lawrence Guy just worked harder and played better. Plus, you’re right, he’s often injured.

I remember him having a good preseason with the Pats in 2016 and being disappointed he couldn’t make it through waivers to join the practice squad. Not sure if he adds anything the Pats don’t currently have at this point, though.

LeBlanc played ok D, better ST this preseason. Id like to have him back but Pats just drafted Dawson, developed JJ and produced Crossen so id guess they're full..

Worked harder might be the phrase here. Guy won't have the same size/speed explosiness,but he's a solid player.

Why does it matter? Seems like obsessing that I paid full price the week before something went on sale 2 years ago. We've hit on lots of free agents and trades. It's the evaluation now that matters IMO.
