Please keep in mind its peak silly season for the draft. Adam & those guys have some good contacts but top 15 is a bit rich for me.

I wonder if Antonio's antics are having any effect on his cousin? Reid caused his brother to drop in the draft. I wonder if Antonio is doing the same for his cousin? I'm guessing he is off the Steelers draft board at least.

I don’t want our main receiving acquisition to be a draft pick. I want either a trade or FA and then sure draft one too. But this team cannot rely on a rookie, especially if they fell due to injury concerns.

I want one of the athletic Tight Ends at the end of round 1.

    Noah Fant or Irv Smith.

Have them split reps with Gronk to keep him fresh for the playoffs and lower his risk for injury

Having done a little bit more looking into the speedy midget from UMass, I'm becoming more interested in seeing the Patriots draft him in the appropriate round. I'm not definitely for it yet, but I'm getting more comfortable with the notion.

I predict that the Pats will remain competitive after Brady has gone, and will get another Lombardi or two WITHOUT having to enduring sucking ever. Lessor for sure with some re-tooling, but as long as the rest of AFCE stays middling Pats will always compete for the Division, and will get future Lombardi without having to suck for pick number 1. ever.

We will have QBs in the future who Belichick/McDaniels will tell they do not have to win the game just don't lose it for us, and will have strong running game, and strong defense, with smart QB'ing.

The Jets just put out the "For sale" sign, and served notice to the Giants at the same time.

Jets willing to trade down from No. 3

In related news, water is still wet.
Time after time in the cap era New England has shown itself to be the smartest kid in the room. Unfortunately for the rest of the kids the tests are graded on a curve, leading to acute cases of envy, jealousy and outright patsanoia.

Isabella went for 219 yards and 2 touchdowns against a very stout UGA secondary. Kid can play.

That Guy:rolleyes: IMO is in the very overrated category as Director of Player Personnel. He needs a home run type 2019 Draft to exorcise those demons. I wasn't a huge fan of Pioli but him compared to Caserio is like night and day.

As a low round pick, I'm all for the team grabbing him. I'm just thinking that he's going to go earlier than people were thinking.

I wouldn't mind the Pats using one of their infamous Second Round Reaches on hm I like and he plays at U-Misses.

I disagree with this one -- Caserio isn't just a scout for the draft. He's in charge of most of the personnel decisions in season, as well as coaching and development. Maybe his draft classes haven't all panned out, but his overall body of work is extremely impressive, and a key reason why we're going on a decade of straight AFCCG appearances.

You need to watch Do your job part two on caserio and hear what BB says about him. He takes reps for the offensive players for run patterns. Helps Josh Mcdaniels with coverages, does an awful lot.
