The thing that struck me was Watt doing drills and running by himself after practice. My question was: "Where is everyone else?" He probably needs extra practice less than anyone else on the team, yet he's the only one out there.

Watt is leading by example, but no one appeared to be following.

The other thing that came to my mind is that usually sport scientists have a specific plan mapped out for everyone on professional sport teams. Doing extra reps _in addition_ to that can actually be counter productive and increase injury risk. Hope that Watt cleared his additional work with the staff.

Loved getting some behind the scenes with Vince even if he did come off as a baby in that pick up game. No double teams wtf kind of rule is that and who follows rules in street ball.

All the ex pats on the staff seem to swear a lot. Rac, Vrabes, and BO dropping f bombs all show.

As to cursing, reminds me of the Good Ol Days at Smithfield training camp with The Tuner as HC & Charlie Weis as OC. You could stand right on the sidelines and hear epic, funny scatology. Tuner was sarcastic and Weis was beyond hilarious.

If you've seen some of the stuff Watt has done this summer you would have realized that was for the cameras.

Don't be so quick to judge. Sure, the cameras could have played a role, but maybe he did that in order to inspire his teammates to work harder - not for the ballwashing.
