I always thought he had it physically but mentally not sure lol

He's going to have to have it mentally now. He's dead broke and had to all but beg to have an NFL job back. If he doesn't have it mentally, he'll be let go after the season and I can't see another team with a cheerleader head coach willing to pick him up.
