They're both thinking as they drop back into the pocket "how long do I have to stay here before I can run?" Neither is showing much commitment to actually executing a play.

Bortles is literally freezing on his reads. He's just not seeing the field.

Taylor isn't much better, but at least he remembers that he has legs.

Both QB's are the equivalent of two guys trying to hold the door open, saying "no, you go first!" They are literally scared of advancing.

It’s pretty clear neither of these teams are on a level with Pittsburgh or NE. I harbored hopes of Jacksonville taking Pitt out but I ts hard to see Bortles taking a high school team out, let alone the Steelers.
