Exactly

What we really want is success post season. The AFCE is pathetic aside from the NEP.

I'm with you on Buffalo and NYJ, and I think you're probably right about the Dolphins. I'm holding off on judging them for sure, though, until I see if my take on Tannehill still seems to be holding true.

Don't recall your take on Tannehill but I'm open to see if he has some talent. I always thought I was good at evaluating QBs but then again, I thought Fitz at Buffalo looked good at first.

There are many people who post here who know me in person. I'm the same guy in text and in person. Are you the same attention seeking whiney little girl in person that you are in text?

/end personal BS

You came at me I wasn't talking to you so if you want to apologize then we can end the personal BS and get back to talking Patriots.

Otherwise I will just go a different direction..

But Edelman is a very able punt returner. He is a roster lock because of his punt return ability, his ability to backup Amendola and because of his very low salary. Obviously, he wouldn't a lock if he were only a wide receiver. He'd just be highly favored to beat out the likes of Jenkins and Ebert.

I have ignored any thought of Edelman as a #3 receiver, although he was exactly that last year before he was injured, with some reps as the #2.

His punt return ability aside, Edelman shouldn't be a lock either.

If you got an issue your more than welcome to stop being a punk and DM me. I'm not the whiny little girl and your clearly the one seeking attention otherwise you would not troll around insulting to start fights.

I would much rather have Lloyd that Moss. Its not even close...not that they "couldnt" have both. I dont see Moss back.

The funny part is when you called Lloyd the locker room cancer then suggested we try to get Moss back. Moss really shot his way out of town. It was embarrassing how he conducted himself his final year here. I dont think having him in this locker room is positive at this point for the production you would get and I love Moss.
Funny you don't mention what he said after he did what he did...he realized he phucked up and has come out and said such...sometimes you only miss something when you realize what you had....have you ever been in that situation...i sure as hell have and would love another go at it!!

He's late to the position, having switched to it in college. His reads are inconsistent, he can put too much air on the deep and out throws, he struggles if you can take the short side away from him, and he's got a bit of Cutler/Sanchez in him with regards to how he handles pressure over the course of a game.

How much of that will change with experience is something I want to see before I start worrying about the kid as a talent.

While i realize it's a long shot the Pats actually trade, for a quality starting WR does anyone have any suggestions, as to who may be a fit, and possibly available?

Let's not forget Washington's kickoff and punt return capabilities......

There's a slot WR in Denver....

Washington is one the top kick returners in the league. He is an average, at best, punt returner. Thankfully, he is now the backup punt returner.

Its not funny...and not really the point, nor does it matter. The orig point was Moss OR Lloyd.

Do you think many posters here would want Moss over BL? Also, whether Moss has regrets or not I dont think he will be back. And as much as I, you and TB12 like him I dont think he has much left when we really need to start developing some young guys who will have chemistry with Brady.

If they want to try Moss on a vet min deal I have no issue with it. I would bet against it though.

You are making both my points..i said bring Moss aboard and if he can't make the gig...cut him...I also agree to draft young receivers and have them work with Brady.....Lloyd is an AVG receiver who is chickenSchit to get hit....he's flawed...took him half a season the make that offshoulder catch. Moss is a go getter..not a field stretcher this point in his career and can make that off shoulder catch....
