Yeah, I guess maybe the Jaguars could hold us to 6.Agreed.
I’m not really worried about the playoffs to be honest.
I think they probably still win the division.
Going for 2 was the make or break? Not the best couple of weeks for McDermott. Not going for 2 against us was topped by that punt on 4th and short and a dumb fake punt
Allen is hurt now too
If the Bills beat the Pats in New England in two weeks, and the two teams otherwise win out for the rest of their other games, the Pats still win the division. If the Pats lose to the Bills and one other game and the Bills win out, and both teams finish 11-6, the Bills win the division. So you're expecting your team to win in New England, plus win out, and also expecting New England to lose an additional game to either Indianapolis, Jacksonville, or Miami.
That’s bold. I guess beating NE would put them one game out, but I’m not feeling the Bills win the division at this point.
Pats getting 2 changed the complexion of that game. Bills decided to play it safe and not try to answer with their own 2. Mistake and it made the difference in the outcome.Going for 2 was the make or break?
Diggs looked pretty hobbled too. He took himself out of a few key plays late and on some plays looked like he was running about 50%.
Dolphins technically could still get us in that scenario - they can finish 10-7 with tiebreak over us with a 2nd winIf the Pats go 1-3 the rest of the way with their only win vs Buffalo, the Pats win the division. The Pats can win the division with a 10-7 record as long as they beat Buffalo in two weeks. The best the Bills can do in that scenario is 10-7 with two losses to the Pats.
It was the first quarter but whatever you thinkPats getting 2 changed the complexion of that game. Bills decided to play it safe and not try to answer with their own 2. Mistake and it made the difference in the outcome.

If the Bills lose against the Pats they are probably eliminated from the postseason. They'll finish 10-7 or worse, and there are a huge glut of teams in similar position who are primed to pass them.Probably win the division?!? After Monday night’s game, the Pats had like a 62% chance of winning the division. Now the Pats have an 80% chance of winning the division. The Pats need to lose two games with one of them being the game vs the Bills and the Bills need to win all of their games for the Bills to win the division (if the Pats beat the Bills, they clinch the division even if they lose rest of their games).
What are the odds of the Pats going 2-2 the rest of the way and the Bills going 4-0? The Pats are on a seven game winning streak and the Bills are 3-5 over their last eight games including a loss to the Jaguars.
The Bills are now most likely playing for a Wild Card berth.
How did that di k punch feel btw? Nothing soft about that loss, but way to keep your composure. Alas the night is still young and plenty of refs to blame. Your lucky Arians doesn’t know jack about football adjustments or that would of been 50-3. When your running game goes through your qb thats a good recipe for a early playoff exit. Congrats on your moral victory. Your team showed heart but fell short yet againIt was a great game.
Hurts but it was a really good game.
I expected the L, so it softened the blow.
The Bills best defensive back went down two games ago, so that's a bit less impressive than it sounds. You do know the Bills are the best secondary? He is the only QB this year to throw for 300+ yards on them.
Watching today, the Patriots shouldn't fear anyone.
