Tuned in for a few minutes of the fellowship of the miserable....and got a good chuckle ...Felger called Harbaugh a PUD!!!! So true

This neverending wall to wall coverage of inflated footballs is getting to me, so much so am listening less less to sports talk radio.. after Toucher and Rich it is the same old, same old just framed differently..

Wish they would talk Pats Football..

Y'all do realize that best case scenario, Brady walks away with minimal punishment - but no exoneration. Even a judgement that takes Goodell to the woodshed will not eliminate the Wells report, those idiotic texts, and the missing phone. These are all more than enough to satiate F&M and their ilk as well as all the haters. This will be seen, or framed, as NFL had good intentions to catch those pesky Patriots as what everyone knew they were doing, but they just carried it too far and the Pats got off on a technicality.

Even with a perfectly worded judgement, it will still take immense public pressure to get the NFL to even consider the team penalties. Shades of Wells - a whole lot of major ifs have to be built up to get there.

I guess my point is that despite any good news recently, we all may have to accept at best no suspension, no exoneration, no first round pick next year, and no change in public perception of our team. The only other thing that seems plausible is maybe some changes to the front office (theirs, not ours), but owners might be placated with a few minor players thrown overboard and some changes to procedures - the main characters in this god awful play will get away with it, unfortunately.

my concern is what happens after this nonsense. does anybody think the team will be treated fairly going forward? i don't. will the nfl have full-blown investigations of the pats every time some player or coach cries foul. the refs are going to bone the team every chance they get.

I don't think so. If this does get heard by the judge and he rules harshly against the NFL it will be extremely embarrassing...not to mention a huge waste of time and money. The league office will be under pressure from owners to make sure their ducks are in a row...and not only that, make sure they're actually ducks before moving against the Pats (or any team, for that matter).

Even if that doesn't happen, the vultures in the league office have their pound of flesh in the Pats first round pick next year so they might be inclined to back off a bit.

My apologies - "your" team then. Didn't mean to step on any toes and I really didn't think Pats fans were geographically restricted.

Just calling out a NY troll when I see one ....

Listening to Zolak and Flynn and just heard that 2-6 today on 98.5 will be felger and adam jones.

During the crossover:

Zolak: What's going on anti-Pats radio today? Has your opinion changed since the transcripts came out?

Jones: No I still think Brady will settle for 1 game and me and felger are going to talk about his emails today, including the email about manning.

So if you want to hear two guys pound the table about how Brady is arrogant, disrespectful and delusional tune into 98.5 from 2-6.
