DAVID THORPE: I actually feel like if the coaching staffs were switched, LA would be winning. Doc and co. have kicked Mr. Nine Rings up and down the floor.

HENRY ABBOTT: Wow. Phil Jackson is actually using this timeout to draw up a play? Isn't this about lifting spirits at this point? The Laker players were SILENT throughout that timeout. Coaches, for the most part too. Phil just wrote on his clipboard. Then, just before the buzzer, he showed them a play ... and it didn't work.

Never seen a coach so blatantly mail it in during a championship of any sport. What a total ahole PJ is.
