Bayless was spot on last September (and all last season) when he over and over and over insisted that 2016 was going to be Brady's FU tour to Goodell for framing him.

Skip has a major hard on for Brady. De-valuing Belichick is his way of propping up Brady even more! A bit misguided, but I can forgive him since love can make a person do and say crazy stuff.

And I'm pretty sure Bayless would give birth to Brady's child if it were biologically possible.

I have never understood the insistent need, the inferiority complex by some Pats fans that causes them top have a fit anytime someone says anything about the Pats that isn't gushing praise. Thoughts:

BB certainly hides his Brady resentment well as he cruises up and down the Atlantic on 7 Rings

I hope one day an actual true/real account of the Brady/BB relationship surfaces for public consumption. As it stands, we know about their weekly coach/QB meetings and that's about it. I'm assuming a deeper connection but who knows with BB.

Of course Bayless offers the most sensational hot take he can in his 140 characters....and though his focus is misplaced, there is no question the media is now intent on riding the 'Brady is the GOAT" as far and as long as they can and of course the media will develop false narratives to sensationalize their swill. It will get worse. (Think of the final Favre years...24/7 knob jobs)

Brady is complicit ....eagerly accepting the GOAT moniker in his brand..."Eat like a GOAT".
And no question, Brady has amped up his public presence in a big way... through social media, endorsements, etc.
A foundation beyond football is being laid down.

Because the emphasis will be squarely on Brady, BB's role will naturally be diminished by the the most obtuse mediots. It is all about hot takes and one liners...and in typical media fashion, there is only enough space for one person on their pedestal.
