A scientific theory is a fact. Einstein and Newton do indeed say hi, but to debunk your point rather than back it up. It is Newton's theory of gravity and Einstein's general theory of relativity.

Evolution is as much a fact as gravity, because they are both theories in the scientific sense of the word.

A scientific theory is an entirely different definition to the word theory. A scientific theory is a synonym for a scientific fact.
