Server Busy?

Lately, everytime I log on, I'm having to wait for long periods for the thread to come up. When I decide to click on home, I get the message that the server is busy. Any suggestions. Is this happening to anyone else. This is the only sight which it happens.

No reports of anything strange, and even when we were climbing to 4,000+ today everything ran well
