Seahawks @ Falcons game thread

Maybe now this game is impossible for Seattle to win...

They have to go for that. Seattle has been way to passive.

How can Wilson be considered a top playoff QB if he can't make that throw to the open man deep?

I mean Brady has been known to miss those throws occasionally too. Sometimes guys slow up or dont run as fast as you expect them to. It takes perfect synchronization.

Hmm do you stay aggressive or try to play a bit safe and burn the clock?

Well, we got an exciting first half. Ill take it.... I'm ready for our game now though I'm over this.

This is why I don't respect Pete Carroll as a coach. It is absolutely 4th down territory at this point.

You gotta go for it here; ATL is killing them on O and you're down 16 in the 4th with 14 minutes left. That's at most 2 more possessions (barring a turnover). You're not getting a 3 and out...

Take a shot... Russ could have run for those 4 yards

Seattle essentially couldn't stop them all game. Why change anything ?

It's nice not having to listen to Dan Fouts or Phil Simms as the 'expert' analyst commentator.

Hope it's falcons vs cowboys nfc title game.

Brady has missed his fair share don't tell me you think he is not a top qb.

Gabriel is a jag?
I always thought he was underrated

They have a good running game they can do both. Just go for first downs and not the home run unless it is open. Atlanta only having surrendered 13 so far is surprising. Seahawks left points on the board this game. The missed TD is obvious but other things went on too.

I would enjoy watching a competitive playoff game at some point. A couple have been close in the first quarter. Then, became blowouts.

I disagree that it looks like ours.

Our team has more than one receiver and a better running back core.

Tom can literally throw to Hogan, Amendola, Edelman, Bennet, Mitchell, Lewis, Floyd, White and even Blount.

They've got Julio and that's really it.

Its more than just Jones although they do rely on him more than we do for any one skill position player.

Gabriel is pretty solid too.

Do you realize the Falcons have faced the worst defenses in the league this year? Played 3 top 10 defenses all year. Rest were in the 20's except TB who was 15. In those games they scored 23, 24 and 28. 8 points below their season average of 33. Which if I cared to do the math would be larger as the 33 is reduced by those scores.

Basically that BS argument goes both ways.

Exactly it's BS argument both ways. Some People don't understand how hard it is to win in the NFL.

wow...ATL WR was sleeping.!

Atlanta should go for the jugular....playing safe hurts more often especially against an experience team
