Seahawks @ Falcons game thread

Atlanta looks legit, Earl Thomas or no Earl Thomas. Defense seems just good enough to make them a tough out.

You do realize this year we faced the worst offenses in the league, don't be too fooled by the stats.

I'm all for the eye test. They've held some of those bad offenses to well under those league averages. By the way the pats don't only lead the Leagues in points against per game, put points against per drive too. So it ain't like they aren't giving up a lot of points because they hold the ball all game

Do you realize the Falcons have faced the worst defenses in the league this year? Played 3 top 10 defenses all year. Rest were in the 20's except TB who was 15. In those games they scored 23, 24 and 28. 8 points below their season average of 33. Which if I cared to do the math would be larger as the 33 is reduced by those scores.

Basically that BS argument goes both ways.

God the Seattle OL is a heap of crap.. but they really wanted to have Jimmy Graham I guess..

Can't recall a team winning a SB with a bad offense line.

I don't see why you would blitz a corner there. Way too aggressive.

Wilson is not afraid to ever throw it down field.

Ehh...

Bennett, Edelman, Amendola, Floyd, Hogan, Mitchell, Blount, White and Lewis
>>>
Jones, Freeman, Coleman, Sanu and JAGs
This is an interesting conversation...

If we had Gronk, i would agree we are certainly better. Without him, after seeing this great game, i would say we are more or less equals

PS -I watched the Falcons somewhat regularly, so I am not basing this only in this game.

Gotta make that pass, idiot.

Timeout there is ridiculous.

What's your opinion on Sanu ? There was so much offseason hype about him opening up things for Jones.

How can Wilson be considered a top playoff QB if he can't make that throw to the open man deep?
