You forgot Bledsoe.
You can look at this another way though.... If we start with Elway, 22 quarterbacks have been drafted #1 overall. That includes everyone to the present day, including Burrow. 4 of them (the 4 you mentioned) won Super Bowls with their original teams. Another 3 went to the Super Bowl with their original teams (and I am putting Bledsoe in the category of guys who went to the Super Bowl with his original team but did not win it even though technically he did).
So about 1/3rd of QB's drafted #1 overall made it to the Super Bowl. When you consider the fact that the team picking #1 overall is the worst team in the NFL the previous year* and in many cases just a general clusterf*ck of an organization, that's actually a pretty decent rate.
*of the 3 #1's who were draft day trades, 2 of those were for teams drafting no worse than #4. The Rams selecting Jared Goff are really the only example of a not-atrocious team taking a QB #1 overall
