Sammy Morris in game pants and loosening up on the field

FOXBOROUGH -- Colleague Mike Reiss reports that Patriots running back Sammy Morris is down on the field, wearing his game pants and loosening up with fellow running backs Kevin Faulk and BenJarvus Green-Ellis.

Morris has missed the last three games with a knee injury and was listed as questionable (50-50 shot of playing) for tonight's contest. He participated in practice on a limited basis this week and was seen on Tuesday with a brace on his left knee.

The return of Morris would provide a boost for the Patriots backfield.

Outside, the rain has let up a bit.
