Just found something interesting as I was reviewing history.

Andy never bet that Sam should leave the forum.

That was Sam’s wording.

Here’s the original bet Andy proposed:

So here is the bet.

If they don’t, I’ll never criticize another post of yours, for life and if they do, you can never post this Debbie Downer negative crap you post all the time, and if you do and I call you out you must delete it.

Willing to own your BS or no?

This was Sam’s response:
Lets make that bet!!!
If you win I will leave the board forever

If I win you must state on this board that I have better judgment than you

Maybe Sam thought he should just leave the board because he knows he can’t live up to the terms Andy proposed, of never posting Debby Downer crap, but perhaps he can still post it as long as he can take Andy calling him out to delete it?

Or maybe they can both agree to modify the terms to have symmetry:

Sam said “If I win you must state on this board that I have better judgment than you”

I think this bet shows Sam does not have better judgment than Andy.

Will acknowledging that be enough to satisfy Andy and keep Sam around?

I hope so, Sam’s been trying to be more positive lately, maybe this will give us a chance to help him with that…

You are right! I slipped
It was a reflex reaction
Will focus on staying positive.
Trying to change
From Sam, here: PATRIOTS NEWS - Diggs being charged with Assault (According to Channel 25)

Will acknowledging that be enough to satisfy Andy and keep Sam around?

I'm curious which of the two the board would rather 'keep around'
