It's cool for fans to complain about calls. And sure the PI call may have given them an advantage. (the Bailey play was just a fluke play that is really not worth going into, refs made the only call they could and it was lucky Watson even had the opportunity)
A team has to play well enough to overcome bad calls. The Pats didn't come anywhere close to doing so. So let's not pretend that that call cost them the game.
Was the officiating bad this weekend? Yes. But the only one that I had a problem with was the Polamalu INT for obvious reasons. The others were the same borderline judgement calls that hapen through the course of games, regular season and playoffs.
And yes, since the Pats have ben the recipiant of some fortunate calls over their SB runs, i does come off as hypocritical. Esepicially when many relished in mocking other teams complaining about the officiating.
