I'd guess the tampering charges have merit and that we'll see a deal worked out that makes them go away and Caserio go to Houston.

My favorite outcome = BoB complains to league "then why wasn't it tampering when the Clots did x, y, and z," and, under cover of Clot-hatred (Tex. style) he gets to zing the Clots at the same time as losing the Caserio bid.
