Report (Unconfirmed) - Patriots sign Brandon Browner

Anyone know any Redskins reporters to follow on Twitter? I have only found @Russellmania980 so far. No mentions of Browner on his TL.

Edit: found two more. @granthpaulsen and @MikeJonesWaPo. Out of the three so far, only @MikeJonesWaPo mentions Browner. Tweeted 7 hours ago that Browner was set to meet the Redskins today.

I think this is more of a bad sign for the Redskins. They are upsetting free agents jerking them around. I doubt this has anything specifically to do with Browner.

I don't think they are jerking Clark around because they value Browner more at all.

However, what I meant was, with Clark seemingly now on the outs, they may now redouble towards Browner. Effect, not cause.

No, the Thurmond visit was canceled because they signed Tracy Porter.

With Browner's baggage that means they will offer him an extra few hundred thousand a year.

Granted they may be targeting Browner as a safety.

That may be true or they could have been screwing around with him. They might have offered a contract and then pulled it. They were reportedly close to a deal.

In the newest twist to this thing, report from Feitelberg of Barstool Sports is Browner has been spotted at Patriot Place having drinks at the hotel. Will sign a 3 year deal tomorrow.
