More kale bars wouldn’t hurt...

Total reach here by Rapoport.

Doesn’t want another unflattering beach photo to come out.

“I think weights with pliability are what’s optimal,” Brady said

Hopefully this is a sign his pliability increased, and so now he need to increase his buffness to match.

If done properly, it is very possible to put on 5-10 lbs of muscle and maintain flexibility/pliability

Putting on more muscle might slow him down...oh wait...:D:D:D

Well, we did lose Gronk and Allen, someone has to block for Sony!

Is this really the type of commitment we want from our “Franchise QB?!?!” :D

I'm tired of Brady's one foot in, one foot out BS. Shame we didn't keep Garappolo. He may not be as good but at least he was committed.

This comment is in jest. I look forward to someone posting the same feelings for real.

Well, the guy looks like a marathon running. Eat a freakin' cheeseburger and get your ass in the weight room!

Bill is right. Pliability sucks, no substitute for strength. *sarcasm*

Injected avocado might do it.

Whatever the man needs......

Question: Would anyone notice 5-10 pounds on a 6'4" frame? Doesn't sound like much of a change to me, but then I'm not a fitness-obsessed QB with a health business.
