The cap has increased, player salaries have as well.

My take ? BB puts much value on players such as DMac, JMac, and Slater. Not only do they produce on the field, but they also reinforce the principles BB tries to install. Respected vets can keep a team on track and focused.

I like the signing. The deal is rich, but the length works.
