I loved his big play making ability in college. It never translated in Jacksonville, though a lot of that may be due to injuries.

If it is a near-minimum salary "prove it" opportunity and he is healthy, I can't see any downside. I like seeing Josh get toys.

I like it. Should be a low-risk signing. If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out, but he adds veteran depth to the receiving corps. I don't think this changes the Patriots' need for a receiver in the 2020 NFL Draft.
