.....Glenn missed the first game with a hamstring injury and still went on to catch 90 passes as a rookie.

I don't think that Chad Jackson will do the same, but it would be nice.

I'd be thrilled with half as many catches, though I think 30 catches is more realistic. I think it will wind up something like this

Watson-45
Gabriel-40
Brown-35
Jackson-30
Graham-30
Faulk-30
Caldwell-25
Thomas-20
Mills-20
Evans-15
Maroney-10
Dillon 10
Bam,Smith, 10

Brady-320 completions

Just a guess, but I don't see Jackson playing for a couple more weeks, so 30 catches would be a great year. I'm hoping Gabriel plays this week, but I'd be shocked if Jackson plays. In fact, WHEN I see Jackson on the field, I'd be shocked, lol.

At this pace, don't be surprised if Belichick refers Chad to "she" in the near future.

To me, the whole Chad Jackson thing has become quite boring. At least we can be very excited about Maroney, Gostkowski & O'Callahan. Those are the only Pats rookies I see making a difference this year. I don't expect much from Jackson, Thomas & Mills.

90 catches for cjack would be great. But generally rookies are inconsistent so I think in reality we should prepare ourselves for some dropped passes as well as some good catches. Rookies also tend to hit the wall after about 10 games, so I'm caustious about putting to much hope into cjack.

I loved Sam Gash. He was hurt for the SB, right? I remember thinking they would lose because of that.
