Clear case of conduct detrimental to the team.
Head Coach should be held to higher standards than the players because he sets the tone for the org & enforces misconduct..
Very disappointed in Vrable as I thought he was an exemplary leader. This conduct hurts his leadership creds with the minority of conservative Christian players.

If these photos are from 2020 and really show an affair, how is this conduct detrimental to a team that Vrabel was not employed with at the time of these photos. I guess the Titans can fire Vrabel if they want for conduct detrimental since he was the Titans' head coach in 2020, but I think they already fired him for other reasons.

To me it's a "how you run your life" thing.

I'd rather give people the benefit of the doubt, especially people I don't know well.

If I turn out to be wrong because they claimed innocence but were guilty, that's on them, not on me.

My post isn't so much about men and women not being able to be friends without any sort of sexual interest on either side and more about the way Vrabel and Russini looked in the photos and still trying to use that argument. If I see a photo of my wife and a male co-worker, friend, etc grabbing lunch together or having a drink at a bar I wouldn't be upset. If they were embracing and staring off into a scenic desert at a high end resort with no one around I would certainly make the conclusion something was going on between the two them.

I like how some people are saying football players will understand this kind of behavior. Newsflash: everyone knows people that **** around. We work with them and we’re friends with them. Some of us even **** them.

I find the following paragraph interesting:

It all fits, IMO.

Someone has an axe to grind with one of them and it is looking more and more like Vrabel is the target. Russini already resigned and destroyed her career so one wouldn't think is the target if more is being leaked.

If the rumor is true that the Titans ownership had anything to do with the PI and these photo releases then Strunk is gonna get Snydered. Or Steinbrennered. The league will not accept this.

Can you imagine if teams are allowed to collude hiring PIs to dig up dirt on players/coaches that they can throw at them at contract time? Or the hiring window?

My point of view is there wasn't enough for me to tell between the two scenarios, friends hanging out versus friends hooking up, and given that, I am going to not reach a conclusion, I am going to leave the door open to the possibility that it is just two friends hanging out.

Unfortunately now we have a second data point, one that is consistent with hooking up, so we have a pattern. The preponderance of the evidence is hard to avoid. Clarence Darrow himself couldn't get an acquittal.

Sadly, I can't see how anything good comes out of this for anyone involved, except for fans of other teams.

I was about 25 when the woman that cut my hair was pregnant and had to go on bed rest. So after a few months I finally had my dad use his clippers and give me a buzz cut. I didn't realize how far the enemy had advanced under the cover of darkness.

They say the baldness gene comes from your mom's side. It actually doesn't matter for me. If you looked at both sides of my family, the fact that I developed hair as an infant means I should be studied by scientists.
