Question about jamming receivers

someone with more technical insight can probably answer this. Can jamming of receivers be made difficult changing formations and bunching them together a few plays and putting moss etc in motion ? Right now maybe we are just lining up the receivers at the ends and running the routes but maybe some formation adjustments can help...
thoughts ?
 
I was just thinking about this.

Seems to me there's one key way to combat the jamming WR at the line:

Trip wides on one side of the field. Since most teams are hesitant to line up 3 DBs on one side of the field to protect against the run, there will often be one WR uncovered at the line in this kind of formation. From that, you can run crossing patterns to confuse the man-to-man DBs OR you can effectively run the WR screen with two blockers already out in front.

The other thing that you can do from that kind of formation is sneak your TE and RB in behind the coverage if the 3 WRs are going deep and you give your QB enough time to let those guys run their routes.

If I'm the Pats, that's what I'm working on all week in practice.
