On the play where Flowers got hurt, it looks like it was Easley who penetrated into the backfield and left a gap open. Considering that Easley's game is all about burst and penetration, I think we've gotta get used to that. Interior penetration has a lot of benefits, and a couple of drawbacks. On the net it's definitely a positive, but it will leave some lanes open. If we're lucky, our DEs will consistently be as good at reacting to it as Flowers was there.
