I feel like this is the game we need after being so banged up.

Jets have the 29th offense, 21st defense, 1st on kick offs ( we need to just kick it in the end zone every time), dead last on turnovers and for the week they are 30th team on the power rankings. This is a game the Pats should control from start to finish.
Indeed, but you do not want to play down to your competition.

I remember when the young Edmonton Oilers dominated the regular season in record-setting fashion in 1981-82, and a writer likened it to you eating an entire bag of marshmallows. They got bounced by the Kings in the first round.

This may be our last road game until we go to Santa Clara.

Another tough place to play.

Jete Stank, the danger is real. Every minute of every day it's more toxic than a season's worth of GDT's read in one sitting

I can't get over how they Gut their Team like that: it seems like they're always rebuilding.

The bad news is they'll have 5 first round picks the next two drafts.
The good news is they'll Jete it up

Why do you hate Tua that much?
I can't want him to be personally responsible for the destruction of two AFC East teams? Hell, if they want to trade him to the Bills, all the better!

It's mind boggling how anyone could be a Jets fan. It's like out here you don't tell anyone you're a Clippers fan.
I don't begrudge any fan base being passionate, even when they are stuck with a lousy owner. Personal experience may have something to do with that.

There's much to hate about the Jets, and more just to feel sorry for. Division games, but especially against the Jets, are grudge matches regardless of the teams' record. They had our number back in the AFL, kept us out and made it to the Super Bowl first. Since then, they've been pretty much an annoyance to me. It's a New York thing.

I want to get out of there with a win, as few additional injuries as possible, and, preferably, no league manufactured scandals initiated. I have no illusions about fair play; I just don't want the team distracted.

Although Vrabes does have personal experience with that, too.

That King’s team has some great talent too. Dionne & Taylor each had 100 points, they had Charlie Simmer, a young Larry Murphy & Bernie Nichols. Bozek scored 30+ goals that year. Talented team.

And their real uniforms!!

This is a dangerous game - but only because we can't afford any more injuries.
It seems we're going to be quite short handed, which is going to make it more dangerous for Maye.
I hope some of these injuries from last night aren't too serious - especially Boutte, Davis, Moses, Tonga.
Pop quietly had a head injury too - but I'm actually hopeful that KW can take his snaps and see if he can take a leap in the last few weeks. But, if Spillane and Williams can get back to practice this week, whether they play in NY isn't as important, but get the rust knocked off before finale.
