I would like them to run a 3-4 base. Brown-Knighton-Branch, can't run on that up the middle.

Don't have the LBs for that at this point, I think. Besides, their real base had been a 4-2 nickel for a few years now.

I think they rotate Brown-Knighton-Branch on run downs, and go Brown-Easley with possible NASCAR as needed/desired (Sheard) on passing downs. And a strong chance they'll draft a pass rushing DT to also rotate in.

Unless there's a last second upgrade in the Redskins' offer before he officially signs here, I'm not sure how you could be convinced he'll sign with the Redskins. There's a small chance, yeah. But the odds are he will sign here assuming that tweet is credible.

They're going to need D.Roberts to have a Butler type ascension for that to happen. They won't have a top 10 defense with Logan Ryan starting.
