That's a flawed bunch with zero playoff success in the last 10 yearsChiefs, Chargers, Saints and Rams are head and shoulders above the rest of the league right now
Discipline and desire were absent for much of the game. Guys were sleepwalking through that last play. Cannot understand that. The weirdest thing to me is that of the four losses none were to teams that are actually good. Suggests to me that this is not a mentally tough team.
KC will blow this weak *** team out by big double digits...IF they get there
They've done it before.Sure, but with the 2nd seed that year, and getting the bye is enormous, especially when every loss you’ve had has come on the road, with another possible situation next week at PIT.
We play a cup cake schedule. To have 4 losses...all to non playoff teams is pretty disappointing.
KC beat a tough, crafty Baltimore team today. We don’t have that on our schedule. The only really good defense we will see all year is Pittsburgh. Titans D is overrated.
Technically, @slash83 is correct. So Ghost didn't miss a FG. Brady didn't have a brain fart at the end of the first half? The dolphins shouldn't have even had an opportunity to win at the end. Game is 60 minutes. You want to focus on the last 16 seconds is up to you.
Why put in any offensive player there?? That ball was not going to go to the EZ. Tannehill is too weak. Why not put Gordon back instead of Gronk.
Ohhhhh something tells me that’s the last time we will be seeing an offensive skill position guy in that role in that situation.
Ohhhhh okay the Pats (plural, not possessive, I take it,) are "good for" 11 wins. That just happens, because New England.
The other guys get paid too, champ. It's not amazing to win 10 games 16 years in a row if you get spotted 11 wins a season. And we don't.
Miami's always tough, and any given Sunday even applies. I learned that lesson in the most vivid way when a 9-7 Gintz team won all its road games to beat the 18-0 Pats.
I get the impression that you weren't here for the lean years, and you think these are them.
Guess what? If a 9-7 Gintz team can beat an 18-0 Patriots team, an 11-5 Patriots team can beat the odds too. You're just not used to the concept of "Patriots" and "Beat the odds" in the same sentence.
Sooooo sick and tired of the doofus theory that you must have HFA throughout to make a SB run. I don't remember that happening for us in 2001-2002 and I don't remember 18-0 protecting us in 2007-2008.
So please, please go away, lest the Pats go on a run with you recently re-united with the bandwagon. Please burn all your gear, NOW. It's what you deserve.
Sorry, but it takes quite some glasses to equate a 4th and 5 conversion being up 3 points with 2:41 left to the breakdown of epic proportions that we've seen today. The 2013 loss to Miami was more or less a copy of this game. With Amendola crapping the bed on a game winning drop in the endzone and then the defense letting the Miami TE run through them on fourth down.
But I guess nostalgia colors everything.
No but he was fine todayBest game of his this year by far but dominant? You must have forgotten how incredible Gronk used to be.
Their last away game is against the Steelers. This team got smoked 3 times on the road and lost a nearly must win game today. How can you expect them to win 2 more on the road this year?
People will focus on the last play, which of course was a complete cluster f**k, but what the hell has happened to our run D? Titans, Vikings, and now the Phins have gashed us rushing in the last month. We made old man Gore look like he was 25 again. If we can’t correct the run D this team is going no where.
Sure, everyone is flawed, but they're a lot less flawed than the rest of the league. What does a decade ago have to do with the 2018 season? Every team in the league has turned over at least 90% of its roster since thenThat's a flawed bunch with zero playoff success in the last 10 years
