Ok All. I've taken a "LEAP" into the 2020s and put the transaction thread into a Google Sheet. I was pretty much forced to do this because of the 15,000 character limitation of the Bulletin Board. I had already had to move the Free Agency, Trades, and Draft Results and was STILL running out of Characters.
I'd appreciate any Constructive Feedback. Please realize that this is my first attempt at using Google Sheet to do this so I do my best to accommodate changes.
I'm going to try and make the the "53" column and PS (Practice Squad) columns into check boxes that it will automatically count for both the Position Count and the Total Roster count.
Also, I'm thinking about adding a Column that would Track IR/PUP and would change the color of the player's name as well. Much Like I change them manually now. So, if you have a suggestion as to a good Color that would show up, I'd appreciate it.
EDIT: So I added the IR/PUP and Not on Roster (NR) columns. I am trying to figure out how to get it to publish the FREEZE I did on the top 2 rows and the NOTES I put in for the IR/PUP and the NR.
If anyone who has experience with Google Sheets wants to PM me, I'd welcome the info.
