I'm not sure how one would come up with evidence to prove he did not do something, other than witnesses that you were somewhere else - and that's not the case here.

As for the coke, a drug test will prove whether or not he had any in his system - but that still leaves the pesky accusation of his being at the home (his? hers?) where drugs were found.


I will be curious to see how Goodell and Troy Vincent respond, in addition to how Kraft handles this.

I’m not singing or dancing, just asked you a question. But yeah if the allegations are true he indeed is a pos scumbag and I’ll be the first to admit it.

His attorney said they have video proof among other evidence completely exonerating him, how bout we just let this play out?

I would love to be wrong and some sort of video evidence exonerates him but if it were up to me he would be cut. I wouldn't let it play out. The legal process is slow and convoluted and easily manipulated when you have the resources. This is a locker room already teetering with a head coach who looks like he's in over his head. For a team captain that they just invested in to do something this stupid he needs to go.

I was a mediocre high school football player at a school with a bad team every year and the things I was able to get away with because I was on the team was pretty wild. I can't even imagine what five star recruits from powerhouse programs who then go onto big time college programs get away with.

You tell a kid he is great and that consequences don't apply to him from the time he is in middle school then mix in a ton of money, fame, and injuries plus heavy duty painkillers over the next 10 years it is no surprise there are issues.

When does the 2024 nightmare end? My son bought me his jersey a couple months back and now it gets retired or maybe chucked into the trash (at least its not either of my sacred Hanna/Bruschi jerseys). I like the player, old school thumper that was always hustling to make a play. From my experience this is some kind of domestic situation and someone said "He got weed!!". I would like to know more about what exactly happened but at this point in my mind he has to go. Keeping him just continues to show a lack of control with this team as it continues to be a runaway freight train going over the edge of a cliff.
