How many superbowls, Winning season have they had without the young elite players?
You should do something about that permanent HARD ON you have for other teams players.
Absolutely! I've embraced the hate.I don't care how it looks. The Pats are hated already. I care about the "punishment" though.
Yes, but...Focused on what "one thing"?
The sideline is a large entity, so having a camera generally panned over it (perhaps not even being actively operated, moved, etc) is entirely innocuous.
Well see. Remember during spy gate the tapes were destroyed apparently. People were pissed. Maybe the league will give the people what they want this time.
If there was no look at downs and time, I can't see how you could correlate the signs with anything.
Yes, but...
What do you need 8 minutes of sideline B-roll for? (And it would have been more than 8 minutes if they hadn’t been discovered, remember.) It’s not like this is a 5 hour documentary they were producing.
We simply don't know what happened almost everything on here is conjecture, but i agree that the SOP of goodell is a fine and loss of drft pick(s) if they find the slightest cintilla of evidence that they were purposely filming the bungles sideline to use in a game. His point is that for all we know they may have taped 30 minutes or the whole game if they hadn’t gotten discovered. You can’t attempt to minimize it by saying “they only taped 8 minutes” because they didn’t stop taping on their own.
It’s not like they stopped taping after 8 minutes, were packing things up, and then got challenged.
In any event, even if the league exonerates BB and football ops, there will be punishment to the team which will likely be a big fine and more loss of draft choices.
Why would you record the worst team in football and try to gain a strategic advantage?
Are they really that desperate?
'Spygate' tapes reveal cheerleaders, not plays | The Honolulu Advertiser | Hawaii's NewspaperEh, for the Patriots haters, it won’t matter if the footage is released. They’ll just claim the league is withholding the really damaging footage.
It’s the same thing with the tapes from 2007. The NFL could have made those available online for anyone to see any time and people still wouldn’t have been satisfied. Meanwhile, the league doesn’t release evidence from their investigations into other teams and no one thinks that’s unusual.
