If that’s the worst thing about this whole exchange then I don’t think there’s much here, if anything. Not that that means the league won’t punish anyway, but most rational fans will see that (combined with the clearly useless footage on the monitor) and know this is a nothing story.

I think the narrative from the Fox crew helped more than hurt.
Strahan’s point was the Bengals record didn’t matter- this was a first year coach where a filming team might not have any info on them so why not film. Makes sense.


What I did NOT want to see is something that looked like the Spygate tapes and these imo didn’t.

Indeed it was. The incident has now become one of the biggest issues in the league, due in large part to aggressive efforts by the Bengals to flag and to push the issue. (Surely, the video obtained by FOX came from them.)

They will. There is no other reason to authorize the release of this but to try and create more uproar. You don't need to do that for a 4th round pick. They could of come out and taken that the next day.
