Was the filming of the sideline stationary or was it following the action?

it slowly panned to the field showing players coming in the game. Nothing you couldn’t see in regular footage imo.

Someone who knows the NFL rules let me know if they are allowed to show that without the NFL's consent. I know teams get in trouble for posting game footage. This has game footage in the background. Did they have to get NFL approval to release this version of the tape. If so we know it's for sure to allow for public outcry to fine at least a 2nd round pick.
