After reading that and hopefully reading it correctly, that this deal truly WASN'T necessary to do. Again, if I was reading it right, Gronk was going to be paid more cash over a 3 year period than any of his counter parts, BEFORE the deal was signed.

That doesn't sound like what I've been hearing so I might be getting it wrong
